Sizing guide

Sizing details for dresses and skirts are found here. For other items, the size can be found under it's description. Please feel free reach out in case you have more questions about the sizes.

Dress, skirt, or shirt - how to style them?

Our shirt dresses are versatile fashion pieces that can be styled in many different ways. You can play with accessories, footwear or layering. We shared ideas with pictures on the blog posts - have fun 😊

How do I care for the for the clothing?

  • For the first wash, I recommend that you wash the dress, skirt or blouse separately as the colours may run. 
  • Afterwards, machine-wash in cold water with similar colours, then hang to dry.
  • Dense and heavy cotton fabrics need more washes and wear to soften up.

Custom and personalised orders

I accept custom orders. They take between 1-2 months to complete. Please reach out to me with the kind of dress you would like and I will share with you the fabrics I have stocked to choose from. If you find a print that you like, I will then make an offer, after which you will share with me your size and other information. Talk to me, we will get it done.

Where is my order?

If you are in Germany or upgraded your shipping to enable tracking, please follow the status of your order online in your Etsy account, by clicking on the link of the tracking number. You can also copy the tracking number on DHL or Hermes website.

German and upgraded shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation from the shipping company. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers from their website to follow up. If you have more than one delivery addresses (work and home), I encourage you to choose a 'lower risk address' so that you can receive your package safely.

IMPORTANT: If you are outside of Germany and select standard shipping (without an upgrade to enable tracking), the item will be sent without shipment tracking, therefore I will be not able to provide you with an update of the location or status of the item after dispatch.

Are returns accepted?

Yes, we do accept returns, with the possibility of making an exchange if you find a suitable replacement. The return has to be done within 21 days and the item has to be in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Making changes to completed orders

I will post your order as soon as possible (within a few hours to one day), and this gives a small time gap to update your shipping address in case there is a mistake. If the order has already been shipped, the only option is to wait to receive the package, ship it back to me then I can re-ship the order. Re-Shipping fees have to be paid by the buyer. Please feel free to contact me in such a case.
